Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store responsible for engaging customers, educating and recommending T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to the T-Mobile app, identifying customer needs, and building relationships to meet sales targets in a high-traffic retail environment. Key tasks include proactively engaging customers, demonstrating and explaining solutions, using self-serve tools during interactions, following up with customers, and supporting store operations and onboarding processes to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
