Job Summary
Mobile Associates engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital tools, and building relationships to drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, identifying needs, presenting wireless solutions and onboarding through self-serve tools, completing in-store training, collaborating with nearby stores, and handling store operations and fixtures with attention to security.
