Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. Engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrate value, and use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding. Build relationships, identify customer needs, and apply solution-based selling to ensure customer satisfaction. Complete training on in-store experiences, products, processes, and systems; partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers; assist with store operations and opening/closing procedures; handle keys/assets securely; aim to exceed performance targets and contribute to customer-ready experiences. Requirements include High School Diploma/GED and at least 18 years of age, with 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
