Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile is responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers, demonstrating and recommending wireless solutions, and using digital self-serve tools. The role includes onboarding customers to the T-Mobile app, identifying customer needs, applying solution-based selling techniques, collaborating with nearby stores, and performing store operations including opening/closing procedures and asset security while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting quality of sale metrics. Training pay is provided during onboarding, with potential incentives and stock benefits; base pay is complemented by additional compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Age 18+
