Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile participates in a high-traffic retail environment, engaging customers to educate, demonstrate, and recommend wireless solutions, using digital self-serve tools and an onboarding process to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, identifying needs, applying solution-based selling techniques, completing in-store training, partnering with nearby stores to onboard customers, managing store operations (opening/closing, keys/assets), following up with customers, capturing referrals, handling Be Back processes, and contributing to performance metrics while delivering exceptional service and building relationships. This role requires a High School Diploma/GED, at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, and being at least 18 years old; travel is not required for this PART-TIME position, and compensation includes base pay with training pay and potential incentives, as well as comprehensive benefits.
