Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile engaged in high-traffic retail environments to educate customers, identify needs, demonstrate and recommend wireless solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, use of digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to self-serve apps, on-the-ground relationship building with customers and nearby stores, adherence to training, and protection of assets (keys, kiosks). Requires strong communication, consultative selling, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills; supports a team-focused, customer-obsessed sales culture. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED with 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred; travel not indicated; roles include on-the-job training and potential incentive programs.
