Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile—engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate and demonstrate wireless solutions, and build relationships through meaningful interactions. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, identifying customer needs, using solution-based selling techniques, guiding onboarding to the T-Mobile app, conducting price overrides for specialty offers, collaborating with nearby store locations, supporting store operations (opening/closing, asset security), and continuously developing product knowledge through training. Requires strong customer service orientation, effective communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic retail setting.
