Mobile Associate, Store In Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail locations to educate them on T-Mobile solutions and drive sales using solution-based techniques. Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, while identifying needs and recommending wireless products to deepen relationships. Complete in-store training on systems and processes, review daily updates to remain customer-ready, and partner with nearby stores for full onboarding support. Perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and practicing sales skills. Proactively reach out to prospects, capture referrals, manage follow-ups, and execute price overrides for specialty offers.
