Mobile Associate, Store-In-Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to identify needs and recommend wireless solutions. Demonstrate product knowledge through consultative selling techniques, manage onboarding processes, and build relationships to drive sales activity and capture referrals. Complete required training on systems and processes, perform store operations including opening, closing, and kiosk security, and partner with nearby locations for customer support. Follow up with customers to manage Be Back processes and exceed performance targets while maintaining quality of sale metrics.
