Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role in a high-traffic retail environment. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, educating and recommending T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers, and supporting store operations. Must be able to communicate effectively, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance/sales targets. Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED; minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred); must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States. Role involves on-the-job training, collaboration with nearby stores, and adherence to store procedures; compensation includes base pay with training pay, incentives, benefits, and stock programs.
