Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store in a high-traffic retail environment responsible for engaging customers, educating them on T-Mobile solutions, and driving sales through consultative selling and relationship-building. Roles include using digital tools during interactions, onboarding customers to self-serve options, maintaining knowledge of products and promotions, collaborating with nearby stores, handling store operations, and upholding customer satisfaction metrics. Requires enthusiastic, customer-focused communication, coaching and product knowledge, with a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
