Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile engaged in a high-traffic retail setting. Proactively interact with customers to identify needs, educate on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrate products, and guide onboarding. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, partner with nearby stores to onboard customers, and contribute to store operations, security, and adherence to procedures. Required Qualifications
