Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales, Bilingual Spanish

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through solution-based selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on self-serve app utilization, and exceed performance targets while meeting quality of sale metrics. Complete daily training on new products and processes, review personal results and promotions via the Hub, and partner with nearby stores to fully onboard customers. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, secure kiosk assets, and carry keys to kiosk cabinets. Follow up with customers to capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build rapport to drive sales activity and loyalty.
