Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales, Bilingual Preferred

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments by using digital self-serve tools, educating clients on T-Mobile solutions, and recommending wireless products. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction while managing Be Back processes and capturing referrals. Complete training on store systems and products, then partner with nearby locations to fully onboard customers and support account servicing. Perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and reporting lost keys. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity and follow up to build loyalty with existing clients.
