Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role at T-Mobile in a high-traffic retail environment. Responsible for proactively engaging customers, educating them on wireless solutions, demonstrating products, and using solution-based selling to meet and exceed performance metrics. Tasks include leveraging digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to the T-Mobile app, collaborating with nearby stores, handling store operations, security of kiosk assets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requires strong communication, customer engagement, product knowledge, relationship-building, and sales skills; education of High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service/sales experience. Duties also cover participation in training, staying customer-ready, and supporting promotional activities. Salary includes base pay with training pay and potential incentives; position is part-time with benefits eligibility.
