Job Summary
Mobile Associates in Store-in-Store (SiS) at a National Sales partner location engage a high-traffic retail audience, educate customers on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrate products, and leverage solution-based selling to meet performance targets. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, using digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to T-Mobile apps, on-the-job training, maintaining store operations and asset security, and building relationships with customers and nearby store teams. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred). Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills are emphasized, with a likely part-time schedule and hourly pay structure; travel is not indicated as a requirement.
