Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on app utilization, and capture referrals while managing Be Back processes. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers, perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets. Review personal results and promotions daily to remain customer-ready, proactively reach out to drive sales activity, and follow up to build loyalty with existing clients.
