Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role responsible for proactively engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating on T-Mobile solutions, and using solution-based selling to meet customer needs. Drives onboarding via digital self-serve tools, builds relationships, and supports store operations including opening/closing procedures. Requires strong communication, customer education, product knowledge, and sales skills. Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED; experience in customer service or sales preferred. Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel not required. Compensation includes hourly base pay with training pay, potential incentives, and company benefits; base pay and incentives contribute to an annualized earnings target.

- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
