Job Summary
Retail Mobile Associate responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic store-in-store environment, identifying customer needs, educating and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions, and using solution-based selling to deepen relationships. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, leveraging digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to the T-Mobile app, collaborating with nearby store locations, participating in store operations such as opening/closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills include coaching, communication, consultative selling, customer education and engagement, product knowledge, relationship building, sales techniques, and a focus on delivering exceptional service in a bilingual-capable environment. This role emphasizes energy, customer-centric interactions, and meeting sales/quality targets in a retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
