Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and recommending T-Mobile solutions, using digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers, and collaborating with nearby stores to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, solution-based selling, training on in-store processes, maintaining knowledge of current promotions, managing store operations (opening/closing, keys/assets), building relationships with customers, and supporting Be Back and referral processes. Requires effective communication, passion for customer advocacy, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting. Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED; 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
