Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role in a high-traffic retail environment for a bilingual candidate. Responsible for engaging a broad range of customers, educating and recommending T-Mobile wireless solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, and onboarding customers. Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and processes; partner with nearby locations for onboarding; handle store operations, opening/closing procedures, and asset security. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills; High School Diploma/GED required, with at least 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred. Travel not required; base pay plus training pay and potential incentives are noted, with guaranteed earnings around $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, plus stock grants and comprehensive benefits. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US.
