Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Bilingual Preferred Chinese or Korean - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital self-serve tools to educate and recommend wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, deepen relationships by following up on referrals, and manage Be Back processes. Complete training on new products and systems, review personal results and promotions daily, and partner with nearby stores to fully onboard customers. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and carrying keys. Exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential customers and executing price overrides for specialty offers.
