Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Bilingual Preferred Chinese or Korean - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on utilizing the T-Mobile app, and follow up to capture referrals and manage Be Back processes. Complete training on products, systems, and the in-store experience while performing store operations, including opening/closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and carrying keys. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers and support account servicing, while consistently reviewing personal results and promotions to exceed sales targets and quality metrics.
