Job Summary
Assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting by leveraging product knowledge to demonstrate wireless technology, explain service plans, and provide personalized technology and service solutions. Build customer relationships through proactive engagement, use digital tools to showcase network coverage and features, complete training on retail processes and wireless innovations, and collaborate with teammates across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes customer interaction, sales oriented goals, and contributing to store objectives while supporting the customer journey from greeting to checkout and post-sale follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
