Job Summary
Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by engaging customers and facilitating their needs in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Build product knowledge through required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations while collaborating with colleagues to support a seamless customer experience. Complete all assigned duties and projects as needed by business management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment
