Job Summary
Mobile Associate roles focus on customer-focused sales and education of devices and services in-store. Responsibilities include assisting customers along their shopping journey, performing hands-on demonstrations of technology, cross-selling accessories and IoT solutions, using digital tools to compare coverage and plans, completing in-store training, collaborating with teammates, and identifying/handing off small business leads to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes building relationships, maintaining composure and integrity with customers, and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment while growing product knowledge and sales proficiency for advancement toward Mobile Expert.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
