Job Summary
Retail-focused Mobile Associate role in a T-Mobile store: engage customers, demonstrate wireless technology and service plans, build product knowledge, use digital tools to explain coverage and features, complete training on retail processes and products, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience. Requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; HS diploma or GED and at least 18 years old; part-time position with training pay and potential incentives up to annual targets.
Required Qualifications
