Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

Mobile Associate works as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They educate customers on devices and services, perform hands-on demonstrations, and identify customer needs to recommend solutions, including accessories and IoT devices. The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, delivering a world-class experience, and developing skills toward the Mobile Expert role through in-store training and ongoing learning. Responsibilities include guiding customers along their shopping journey (online, Customer Care, and in-store), showcasing product capabilities, collaborating with team members to resolve issues, and identifying small business leads while maintaining an energetic, customer-focused environment.
