Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Retail Sales at T-Mobile responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, educating customers on devices and service plans, and demonstrating the latest technology in-store. Build relationships, identify customer needs, and leverage in-store tools and demonstrations to drive sales and loyalty. This entry-level role includes completing new-employee training and growing toward Mobile Expert, with emphasis on teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, and strong customer advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Work Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
- Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
