Job Summary
Mobile Associate role responsible for selling devices and services, delivering a world-class customer experience, and building relationships with customers in-store. Responsibilities include helping customers continue their shopping journey, performing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, identifying individual needs, and providing personalized solutions beyond basic devices/services. Role involves team collaboration, in-store training completion, and ongoing learning about wireless innovations to support customers. The position emphasizes customer advocacy, composure, integrity and growth within a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
