Job Summary
Mobile Associate - Retail Sales role in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge, demonstrating technology and service plans, using digital tools to explain coverage and features, delivering personalized technology and service solutions, collaborating across channels to support a seamless customer experience, and completing training to stay informed on retail processes and wireless innovations. Requires strong customer service, sales, communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills; must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. Base pay is $18/hour with training pay of $5/hour, with guaranteed earnings (including incentives) around $20/hour and additional commission/stock benefits; part-time status eligible for applicable benefits and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
