Job Summary
Support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment; build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey. Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions; utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features; complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations; collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
