Job Summary
Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by engaging customers and facilitating their needs in a fast-paced retail environment. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features while building proficiency in customer interaction and sales. Complete required training to master retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations, then collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience. This role measures success through customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources. As a Mobile Associate, you will balance customer needs with performance goals and contribute to team initiatives. Full-time employees earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year and receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and stock grants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment
