Job Summary
Engage customers and facilitate technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment by building product knowledge and demonstrating network coverage, service plans, and product features. Deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs while utilizing digital tools to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations, then collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience. Earn an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, with promotion to Mobile Expert eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.
