Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off across online, Customer Care, and in-store channels while exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, with composure, integrity, and compassion. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and plan benefits, completing training on in-store experiences, systems, and reference resources. Proactively seek information between customers to learn about wireless innovations and partner with business and customer service teams to resolve issues and handoff small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
