Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off across online, Customer Care, and in-store channels by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and plan benefits, completing training on in-store experience, new skills, and systems. Partner with employees across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads. This role requires 6 months of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
