Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off across online, customer care, and in-store channels by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while approaching service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources, then consistently seek out information between customers to learn about wireless innovations. Partner with business and customer service teams to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
