Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion while using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits. Complete new employee training on in-store experiences, systems, and reference resources, and actively seek information between customers to learn about wireless innovations. Partner with business and customer service employees to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads. This learning role prepares associates to promote to the Mobile Expert position, where they earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
