Job Summary
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, including unique accessories and IoT devices. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion to build loyalty. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage stacks and plan benefits. Complete new employee training on in-store experience, systems, and reference resources. Make the most of shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless innovations. Partner with employees across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads. Establish an inclusive environment while supporting team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
