Job Summary
Deliver personalized technology and service solutions by engaging customers and demonstrating network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools. Build proficiency in customer service and sales while completing required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations. Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives as assigned. Earn an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of incentives and stock grants.
