Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile leads in-store customer engagement in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers on wireless solutions, demonstrating products, and using solution-based selling to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, leveraging digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to self-service options (including the T-Mobile app), identifying customer needs, performing price overrides for specialty offers, and collaborating with nearby store locations to onboard customers. The role requires coaching, strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills, with emphasis on providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. Training is provided, with on-the-job coaching and opportunities for growth; employees benefit from a comprehensive rewards package, including stock grants and various insurance and financial programs. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required); 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment; age 18+; authorized to work in the United States.
