Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store in a high-traffic retail environment responsible for engaging customers, educating on T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital tools, identifying customer needs, and guiding solutions with a focus on customer experience and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, on-the-job training, onboarding customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, collaborating with nearby stores, handling store operations, opening/closing procedures, and delivering exceptional service while building relationships, referrals, and satisfaction. Required: High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; skills in coaching, communication, consultative selling, relationship building, product knowledge, and sales techniques; age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
