Job Summary
Mobile Associate is a member of the Retail Team of Experts at T-Mobile focused on helping customers choose devices and service plans, demonstrate new technology, and build relationships through hands-on product in-store experiences. Responsibilities include guiding customers along their shopping journey, performing in-store demonstrations of devices and services, identifying customer needs, using digital tools to showcase coverage and plans, completing in-store training, and collaborating with teammates to deliver a world-class customer experience while growing product knowledge and sales skills. Key skills include customer advocacy, communication, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, passion for technology, and the ability to learn and relay information about products, services, and promotions. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED, with 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
