Job Summary
Retail-focused Mobile Associate role supporting customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service plans, delivering personalized technology solutions, completing training on retail processes and wireless technology, and collaborating with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer journey. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting.
