Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

Retail Mobile Associate responsible for engaging customers, building product knowledge, and recommending service plans in a fast-paced in-store setting. Duties include using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and features, completing training to stay current on retail processes and wireless technology, collaborating with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, and contributing to team initiatives. Requires strong customer service, communication, problem solving, and sales skills; minimum 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred and a High School Diploma/GED is required. Eligible for hourly pay with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits; travel not required. Position is part-time with in-store duties at a T-Mobile location.
