Job Summary
Engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting to understand their technology and service needs, demonstrate wireless solutions, and build product knowledge. Use digital tools to illustrate network coverage and service plans, complete training to stay current on retail processes and tech innovations, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience. Develop skills in customer interaction, problem solving, communication, multitasking, and teamwork while contributing to sales goals and customer satisfaction. This role starts with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities toward more senior sales roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
