Job Summary

Develop skills in customer interaction, using digital tools to explain network coverage and service plans, complete required training to learn retail processes and wireless technology innovations, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
