Job Summary
Retail-focused Mobile Associate who supports customers by demonstrating wireless technology, explaining network coverage and service plans, building product knowledge, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Responsibilities include using digital tools to showcase features, completing training to understand retail processes and wireless innovations, collaborating with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, and contributing to team initiatives through proactive service and sales. Must be able to engage customers, solve problems, multitask, and deliver personalized technology and service solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment)
