Job Summary
Mobile Associate, a learning role on the Retail Team at T-Mobile, focuses on building energy around our products and delivering a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities include helping customers pick up where they left off, conducting in-store hands-on demonstrations of devices and services, performing side-by-side selling to uncover personalized solutions (including IoT devices and accessories), and using digital tools to explain coverage, plans, and in-store processes. You’ll complete in-store training and work with teammates across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads, with a path toward Mobile Expert. Requires high school diploma/GED, 6 months of customer service/sales experience (retail preferred), 18+ years old, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Benefits and compensation are detailed in the posting, including guaranteed earnings, incentives, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Work Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Passionate customer advocate; competitive drive; ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment; willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders; effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals; 18+ years old; legally authorized to work in the United States
