Job Summary
Mobile Associate - Retail Sales at T-Mobile supporting retail operations by engaging customers, demonstrating wireless technology and service plans, and assisting shoppers through their buying journey. Responsibilities include developing customer service and sales proficiency to deliver personalized technology solutions, utilizing digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and product features, completing required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations, and collaborating with colleagues across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment. 18+ with legal work authorization in the United States.
